Zeiss (Oberkochen) 8x20

Das Zeiss Monokular 8x20 aus den 70er Jahren des 20. Jh. (frühestens 1969) hat einen Nahfokus von ca. 80cm. Der Tubus hat eine Kunstlederummantelung. Der Dioptrienausgleich ist mit Strichen von plus bis minus 6 ohne Ziffern, aber mit einem etwas längerem Strich bei 5 sowie einem Dreieck als Nullpunkt gekennzeichnet. Es gibt einen Brusttaschenclip.
Das Gewicht ist 45g, die Länge 9cm, der Tubusdurchmesser ist 26mm. Die 3/3 Augenmuschel ist aus Plastik. Warum Zeiss nur das 6x20 Modell mit einer Gummiaugenmsuchel für Brillenträger (=B) austattete und nicht auch das 8x20 bleibt unbekannt.

The dioptre adjustment is marked with divsion line from plus to minus six without numbers, but with a longer line at five as well as a triangular zero mark. There is a pocket clip.
It weighs 45g, is 9cm ling, and the tube is 26mm in diameter. The 3/3 eyecup is made of plastic. Why Zeiss only issued the 6x20 model with a rubber foldable eyecup for spectacle wearers, but not hte 8x20 remains unclear.

Das 8x20 ist außer mit "ZEISS" mit "West Germany" am oberen Tubusrand gekennzeichnet. Für das 8x20 und 6x20 Modell gab es auch zusätzliche Nahlinsen (s. Foto).
