Ein Metallmonokular mit Bakelit-Augenmuschel und Dioptrienausgleich, Lederummantelung und einem Messing-Stab am Objektivende. Der Zweck des Messingstabes ist unklar, kann aber als Griff benutzt werden. Evtl. ist er nachträglich angebracht worden oder als Montageteil für ein Stativ o.ä (Stab hat zwei kleine Löcher).

This metal monocular or spy glass has got a bakelit eye cup with diopter adjustment, a leather covering, and a brass rod at the objective body end. The rod's function is not known, but could be used as a handle. It was probably added later and/or meant for fastening to a tripod or something else – there are twon tiny holes in it.
