Hensoldt Graphoskop 25x56 Dialyt

Das als "Graphoskop 25x56" bezeichnete Dialyt wurde von Hensoldt 1954 (genau 28.10.54) in einer Stückzahl von 50 (783690-783739) gefertigt. Es war als fest montiertes Aussichtsfernrohr gedacht. Das vorliegende Exemplar hat die Seriennummer 783721 und ist am Okularende auch mit "Dialyt 25x56" gekennzeichnet. Es hat ein gußeisernes Gehäuse, unten in rechteckiger und oben in halbrunder Form. Am Objektivende ist eine passende Sonnenblende mit abgeschrägtem Öffnungsrohr, an der Unterseite eine Montageschiene und an der Okularseite eine fast komplett kreisförmige Trägerplatte mit Löchern am Rand geschraubt. Die Trägerplatte hält innen das Prismensystem und wird außen als Okularlinsenfassung und Fokussierungssystem fortgeführt. Mit einem rechts liegenden Drehrad (mit unbeschriftetem Dioptrienring) wird das Okularsystem fokussiert, dabei lässt sich das Rad beliebig in eine Richtung ohne Stopp drehen und bewegt so kontinuierlich das Metall-Okular hinein- und heraus. An der Unterseite des Gehäuses ist auch ein Verschluss zum Einbringen einer Trockenpatrone. Durch die Konstruktion ist das Graphoskop für die dauerhafte Aufstellung im Außenbereich geeignet.

The Dialyt named "Graphoskop 25x56" was made by Hensoldt in 1954 (exact date: 28.10.54) in a batch of 50 (783690-783739). It was meant to be a stand look-out telescope. The peice here has serial number 783721, and is also marked "Dialyt 25x56" on the ocular end. It has a cast iron housing with a rectangular shape at its bottom and a round shape at its top. There is a sunshade tube with a sloping end attached to the objective end. At the bottom of the housing is a mounting rack. A nearly circular eyepiece plate with holes at its rim is screwed to the ocular end. The eyepiece plate holds the prism system inside and the ocular lens and focusing system outside. There is a focusing wheel (with an unmarked scale) at the right side. The wheel turns continously both directions and can move the ocular lens system in and out without a stop. There is also a socket for a dessication cartridge at the bottom of the barrel. So, the construction allowed a permanent installation outdoors.

Das Graphoskop ist 59cm lang - davon 19cm die Sonennblende - und 80x80mm breit. Die Trägerplatte ist 112mm, das Okular 34mm im Durchmesser. Das Fernrohr wiegt 3948g.
